Located at the north end of the Ken Caryl Valley, the North Ranch is host to approximately 367 families, with construction of the first home completed in 1979. The North Ranch at Ken-Caryl is recognized as one of Colorado’s premier custom home communities.
Sheltered by the Dakota hogback on the east and the foothills on the west, the North Ranch is home to deer, elk, coyotes, bobcats and the occasional bear and mountain lion. With 4800 acres of open space on and nearby the North Ranch, hiking, biking and equestrian trails are available for our residents' enjoyment of the Colorado lifestyle.
North Ranch Park, Bradford Park, Bradford Pool, Bradford Park Tennis Courts and the historic Bradford-Perley House are all within walking distance for our residents. With the additional amenities available through the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District, our residents find North Ranch to be a unique and beautiful place to live.
The North Ranch Homeowners' Association is a sub-association of the larger Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association. While many neighborhoods in Ken-Caryl Ranch are managed directly by the Master Association, the North Ranch uses a separate management company, pays separate HOA dues, has a separate board and has its own set of guidelines to follow.
